I love these projects! I hope I can find the patriotic signs, canisters and tray in my DT. I have the animals. A cow, a pig and a sheep. I think they would be great in the bathroom too, but without the farm animals. To use for cotton rounds, swabs and balls. Tyfs! I love that you are now narrating your videos. Great projects! Could you elaborate on covering the cannisters to make them food safe? Do you mean mask the interior of the lid when painting so no painted surface has direct contact with food? I have some 20+ year old cannisters that don’t go with my current indigo / white color scheme. I didn’t realize how easy it is to dissemble the locking mechanisms to be able to paint the cannisters while keeping the metal pristine or a different color. Thanks!

I am changing my kitchen to buffalo check & red.
I have a colorful mix of farmhouse with a side of boho/eclectic. GOTTA have color. Whenever I see black and white farmhouse my mind automatically changes it to COLOR! I have quite a few Pioneer Woman pieces all mixed in too. I have more red and white than anything else but enough other colors so that it isn’t boring. The canisters (for me) would be painted red and the cows would have a flower crown on their head. I am going to use those metal sign to make washboard for my laundry room! Thanks so much for the inspiration!
