As far as the Bosch…….Make sure you wear a raincoat when you empty it. This Euro trash appliance uses condensation to dry dishes. Not smart at all.

It’s great to see the US pushing Miele. Truly the best appliances hands down. Very common here in Oz and EU.

I have a 2017 Whirlpool Dishwasher that has done nothing for nearly a year. Just after a year, the circuit control board went bad and the hot wash functioned died. It was then that we found that the dishwasher didn’t clean worth a crap without the heat function. Even after thoroughly cleaning, without the heating element working, the inside of the dishwasher began smelling like a sewer. Then if that wasn’t enough, the door seal began leaking and I was using plumber’s putty around the bottom corners of the door to stop the leaking. Oh, yeah I almost forgot that after a month or so after the board went bad, the electric water inlet valve began leaking one night and fkd-up the kitchen floor. That was Whirlpool’s over $600.00 dishwasher. I won’t allow another Whirpool POS in my house again. My opinion about Whirlpool dishwashers is that they are worthless POS machines.

Notice that he didn’t mention the price for the last unit…….yeah, there’s a reason for that. $1,800 for that shit. Fuck that.

Anyone have experience with Samsung? The Linear look is interesting. Our barely 2.5 yr old Whirlpool had a circuit board go out. Worked Welll, but it already had a major failure. I’m split between the fancier Samsung, an 800 series Bosch, or Kitchenaide. Just want something that cleans well and Lasts! Stainless, to match other kitchen appliances.

We splurged in a fancy dishwasher and got the model from Kitchenaid model KDTE334GPSO. Sadly it has broken down three times already after only 6 months of use. We are so heartbroken. Please avoid this model if you are considering it. There is some kind of issue with the control panel. We have had to have multiple technicians in and out of our home in the middle of the pandemic and spend weeks on end hand washing dishes until the next repair can be made. Please be warned to avoid this model. Personally, this is the last Kitchenaid item we will ever buy which is sad because we were originally going to get a stove and oven as well. Thank God we did not do that.

GE is the worst DW you can buy. Spent $577 on GE and it quit 10 months later & GE wanted $250 for parts to fix. talked them into sending for free and 3 mos later, heater quit. and wouldn’t clean worth a crap. Cleaned dishes before loading and had to dry every dish. Soaking wet. Didn’t last 2 yrs. Looking for a better DW . price is irrelavant. Sometimes the cheap ones last forever

  18. rupert sumpoil on October 22, 2020 at 8:58 am

  19. Gary Brown on October 22, 2020 at 8:59 am

The kitchen aid is 5x quieter 39 Decibels

And has a top rack that’s not gonna fall off
    All the others are cheap
The miele was not available in my area 45 decibel level to loud
