Like so many others have stated, you can use frosted paper to cover some of the cabinets that have boxed, canned/unsightly items. The kitchen is nice. Leave the white dishes/bowls, glasses visible. Cabinet/drawer liners will help protect the shelves from getting scratched and looking unsightly. If you are on a budget like many of us, don’t shop as often at Dollar Tree or other cheap stores. Impulse buying is the worst because we end up buying unnecessary things. Some people shop a lot when they are depressed or having issues. We spend a lot of $$ on things we could have gone without. Then we don’t have extra funds to buy things we really need.
White bins or baskets would be cute
Get some bins that would look awesome cute kitchen.
if you have a basement – Make a pantry area in the basement by using Metal stands or the plastic "Garage" shelves that is what I use for my pantry. Because I have 1 drawer in my kitchen and a few cabinets but the cabinets are for the dishes and pots and pans , and I have a bin above my sink in a cabinet that holds the dish rags and towels since i don’t have a drawer for them. Or even if you have room in the area your table is at , they have stand up Pantries that look like bookshelves with doors(not see through)
I think you have done a wonderful job with your space. I love the look you’re going for. As far as your food cabinet I would say mason jars, clear storage containers and be white bins you currently have would be AHHHHmazing. Also, the Dollar Tree has some great white tray with a rubber inset that works great for utensil drawers. You’re awesome!
Frosted contact paper
Is there any room for s white metal storage cabinet anywhere?!! Otherwise , cover its pretty cloth, also buy all ur storage at dollar tree for sure!!! Don’t even try target, too expensive!!! U can do it!!!!! Place called cb2 has some cool metal units I hope, I bought a table for my tv and a console for 119 dollars!!!
White and grey fabric or frosting….try fabric at AC Moore or Michaels…they may have remnants
Love your kitchen, and what you have done inside the glass doors, so pretty! We don’t have a lot of counter space in our kitchen either, but I found a video, and someone built a piece that goes over the stove, and it was wooden, and you can do meal prep on it and you can roll dough out for pizzas (something I need) etc. So my husband is going to build that for me, and just store it, for when we need it. I came from a huge house to a small one, it’s been 4 years and I’m still adjusting LOL
Omg, you just gave me a great idea. I hate my table, but painting it white would be beautiful , thank you
I bought this awesome gray and white pattern contact paper. You can take velcro and attach to a light particle board and change in and out on whim. Maybe some vintage potato sacks or dish clothes, $1-$10 on ebay. Wrap the particle board and velcro tape, my diy heroes
You should get a large white vase/ jar and put some of your matching utensils, so you can nicely organize your utensils.
Drawer divers Seen at dollar tree plastic baskets holes see though & white lockers bins for legs, cups & mini snack divide storage hope this helps
I couldn’t figure it out at first but when I saw a different video. I thought I knew you from somewhere but I didn’t.

I think white marble paper would look really nice to cover the glass !
A small pantry cabinet for the plain wall would help with the food storage problem, or a nice set of shelves and some Dollar Tree baskets. Does your laundry room have extra space for a small pantry area? My kitchen is a small galley style, so I use some of my laundry room to storage foods.
Offer up for bunk beds.
It’s just my humble opinion, but I definitely think you should put up some mirrors on the outside of the pantry cupboard. It will maintain the fresh, clean look of your kitchen, add some glam, and also hide the unattractive boxes and food clutter.
Tfs Sara! I think you’ve done an amazing job with such a small space. I think covering the doors with something lightly colored (maybe even with a slight shimmer) that hold the pantry items is a great idea. I see the limited counter space, but think it’s not pracrical to have the microwave on top of the fridge. Not sure where else it can go to be easily accessible and still "not in the way," but I’m sure you’ll figure something out.
Hey girl for your cabinets with the food I would either one organize them by size and turn the labels so that you can see them or to get the white bins from the Dollar Tree and put the stuff inside you can always put chalk labels on the front of the white pins and that would look cute for your cabinets
It all looks nice but it takes time to get your house the way you want it but looks great!!!!
Right now dollar tree has beautiful grey and copper bins that look basket weave. You could use those for storing your pantry items and leave it to show. Or pick up the grey and white contact paper at Dt to cover the glass. It would go with your clean crisp look! Enjoyed the video!
You can either frost the glass or put fabric on the glass. Your kitchen-still looks awesome 👌🏼
Ps check out Brittany Vasseurs channel !! Many helpful storage ideas cheap!!!!!
Saw some videos on how to make drawer organizers out of cardboard, would work great since you have moving boxes.
Your kitchen is cute…maybe add some jute style bins or wooden crates to hide the cereal/pantry items. You could even use contact paper. I actually like how you did the rice…i would do the same with the cereal and granola bars.
It looks so pretty. Some simple black & white fabric or frosted plastic on your pantry storage doors might look neat. You did a good job so far.
You could use vellum to line the glass and create a nice frosted look with the addition of different textures and colors. You could do it in just the pantry or in all of them. You could even do all but the corner cabinets to create a dramatic look.
How many Dollar Tree items can you spot?!? Also leave any suggestions you have on how to cover the "pantry". I love your face, thank you for spending time with me today! xoxox
I would do frosted paper to cover the glass holding food pantry items. Walmart sales responsible furniture and Big Lots
Girl Pinterest is my best friend
That extra wall space next to your fridge buy narrow virtual pantry cabinet for extra hidden food storage hide ur food items use retailer baskets, mini white bens & label them ur & spouse know what’s inside of them & white & mason glass jars are better it cleaner goes with ur white kitchen
att
Cover it up with a frosted look…. it would hide everything….
Use the frosted glass.
Where u get ur Table love how it fold give more space for smaller spaces
Use fabric, wallpaper scraps or wrapping paper to cover glass. Or paint glass with blackboard paint and they can become functional.
Cover the cabinet with lace curtain
I understand. My kitchen is small. I need badly to paint my kitchen cabinets. I don’t have the money to do do right now. I can relate to living paycheck to paycheck. We barely get by….. By God’s Grace we have a roof over our heads and air-conditioning!! I love DIYS!! I love all things farmhouse and shabby chic. I wish I had power tools and an industrial glue gun. I need those things. Hopefully 1 day I will have them.
If love to see a declutter and organize kitchen with me video! Dollar tree has so many good baskets to organize kitchen drawers! 😀
I would frost the kitchen cabinet with all of the food showing!
I rly love ur interior design skills, u r so talented🤩
Love your kitchen, and what you have done inside the glass doors, so pretty! We don’t have a lot of counter space in our kitchen either, but I found a video, and someone built a piece that goes over the stove, and it was wooden, and you can do meal prep on it and you can roll dough out for pizzas (something I need) etc. So my husband is going to build that for me, and just store it, for when we need it. I’m totally down with the chalk contact paper or paint for those long glass doors.
I absolutely love how you decorated everything!!!
Beautiful kitchen…Just be careful with buying dishes from Dollar stores…Check what type of material or where they are coming from…Some may have led or other toxic paints and products. ( Look on the bottom of the dish, it will tell you ).* :))
I would get the marble contact paper from Dr and not remove the backing from it just tape it from inside to the glass or use burlap like little curtains held on to the doors with tacks or staples
hey we got our boys bunk beds from walmart for less then 200 dollars and they love them
If your going for that farmhouse look, chicken wire and a frosted glass would look great. I think it would make diferénciate from the other cabinets!
Use the white cabinet liners from dollar tree and just hot glue them on the inside. They also have white patterned ones as well!
