It was informative BUT still not very healthy (maybe)! I mean tinned/ processed; not fresh; not colourful/rainbow; adding lots of unnecessary hidden energy and many other points make me unsure about this type of books( or as i like to call them third hand/source of informations)!

We love this cook book! It is perfect for us and we plan to collaborate with these two wonderful women when designing some of our fitness programs. Cheers to feeling good inside and out in our midlife.

I thought this video was inspiring and I appreciate that the cookbook has been reviewed by a nutritionist, but written by and for real women in midlife. I love the quote: "Someone wise once said that at the age of 20, we have the health and appearance we inherited; at 50 and beyond, we have the face and body we created." At age 47, I am in the best condition I have ever been and I’m glad to hear I’m not alone. Cheers, ladies, well done, can’t wait to get the book here in Canada.
