  3. Bernardo Guerra Arthur on August 16, 2020 at 1:29 am

Wow what a great video!!! And I love LG, so I’m so glad it was first!!!

  4. Cathy Brillhart on August 16, 2020 at 1:30 am

Had and LG, it didn’t even last 6 years. Sub par compressor is what our repair tech told us. Run the other way!

  5. Howard Rickert on August 16, 2020 at 1:31 am

I clicked on this just to check your facts, and you didn’t have Samsung on the list. Good boy, because if I could take that POS to the range and fill it full holes: I would. It also been a slight bit difficult to find the proper lights for my whirlpool oven and range hood. To me this in indicative of problems too. SRS ( showroom stuff, but with the hit instead of tuff. Lol ) is for chicks. Did I offend? I’m the guy that fixes whatever breaks, and if you have kids, it’s gonna break.
    Thanks for posting.

Never ever buy a Samsung – expensive piece of crap. Ice make failed incredibly early – and it also keeps building up with ice and flooding fridge. Both design flaws

  8. soto2k on August 16, 2020 at 1:35 am

LG appliances reliable? I must have had bad luck. Bought an LFXC24726S in 2015. Had it repaired once under warranty and the “linear compressor” failed past the warranty period. Also bought an LG washer in 2015 which was repaired under warranty.

  9. Mary Nestoros on August 16, 2020 at 1:36 am

In what world is this a top fridge review? Does this man know how they hold up long term ? Seemed to sales pitch n less knowledge

LG reliability? Thanks for the laugh

  12. gregory grimm on August 16, 2020 at 1:40 am

Samsung French Door units are JUNK !! I know many, including myself, who have either had 2-3 each taking forever to get replaced. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!

  13. Steve Evans on August 16, 2020 at 1:41 am

LG sucks. Do not buy LG. Got a new one in 2018 and died in less then 2 years. Can not be fixed. LG has a class action lawsuit going for Their compressors

  14. Leslie Pinedo on August 16, 2020 at 1:41 am

Hello everyone! Thanks for the video and comments! No Frigidaire comments? I got one on order via Lowes, 4th of July sale. Just learned here LG and Kenmore work together. I was about to change my mind. BUT comments still say stay away from LG(&Damnsung lol) which I did when shopping for a new fridge. So after reading comments here, I see Whirlpool or other USA made(KitchenAid,Maytag,JennAir) is recommended. Frigidaire thoughts? TIA!

  15. Brittney Ward on August 16, 2020 at 1:43 am

My favorite is the Kenmore elite!

  16. Eviel Kanievel on August 16, 2020 at 1:45 am

My GE French Door is 3 yrs old . It also ruined my floor and its been a hassle from the 1st year. You are reviewing how much space to put your milk and beer, why dont you test them on reliability? You are probably paid by them or dont own one of these piece of china craps. By the way mine cost 2800 and still 2020 and cost more to fix than what is now worth.

  17. paul benipal on August 16, 2020 at 1:45 am

I will add in to as well . Please don’t buy Samsung at all . Bought a new fridge already failed 4 times so looking to buy a new one definitely no Samsung .

  18. Ursula Smith on August 16, 2020 at 1:48 am

They are all the same people, just different names.

  19. Joseph Powell on August 16, 2020 at 1:51 am

How can you be reviewing fridges that are turned off

  20. Norma Herrera on August 16, 2020 at 1:54 am

  21. VL N on August 16, 2020 at 1:55 am

Ugh wished I saw this before I got my Damsung (yes not a typo) 😭 barely 6 mos old and ice maker sticks with ice already.

  22. Felipe Yung on August 16, 2020 at 1:56 am

Do NOT get an LG, trust me on that one. Don’t believe me, just search LG and compressor failure.

  23. Um Albarraa on August 16, 2020 at 2:01 am

I have lG since 2013 and no problem at all Alhamdulillah.

  24. Ian Scianablo on August 16, 2020 at 2:02 am

Doesn’t anybody make a fridge that is 100% American made? No global parts! I’m on my 3rd fridge and, once again, I have NO CRISPERS! They all break snap and crack! Rice Crispies Refrigerators I call them. I notice how cheap the plastic shelving is and how easy it is for all shelves to break down on me. Any thoughts? I want a solid quality long lasting box that won’t break. I don’t need any ice makers or gimmicks like that.

  25. Thomas Wisniewski on August 16, 2020 at 2:02 am

Samsung = POS. Ice makers bad and they know it, Class action suit on going.

  26. Steven Elliott on August 16, 2020 at 2:02 am

You are out of your mind Samsung is what’s happening, i have the Samsung smart refrigerator every one that I know that has a LG don’t like it and wish they would have bought something else.

  27. David A on August 16, 2020 at 2:02 am

This seemed to me just sales pitches for 5 of your fridges. I’m still left with why exactly they made your top 5. No history descriptions for reliability or maintenance. They all had external water/ice dispensers which have more parts, less reliability and trade off storage on counter depth models. Among other observations, these just seemed like "your" personal preference. Not informative, sorry.

  28. gabriel knights on August 16, 2020 at 2:03 am

Bells and whistles are nice, What I’m really looking forward to was ratings on the life of the fridge…. Who cares if your fridge has all this cool gadgets if it’s going to break down in a phew year’s…. I have 3 refrigerators, guess which one has lasted me 15 years and still works. My old one. My 3 year old Kenmore can’t even keep up…

  29. lorenyager on August 16, 2020 at 2:03 am

Do a search for “refrigerator leaking water” and the GE model is front and center. It is a huge pain and ruined our floor.

  30. t flapp on August 16, 2020 at 2:04 am

    Never Ever buy a Samsung!!!!

  31. Seshy McSesherton on August 16, 2020 at 2:05 am

I like to see the ones at Costco they actually have them plugged in

  32. MAKSTR on August 16, 2020 at 2:06 am

My 42 yrs old Singer Japanese small fridge is still running great have tried many so called top products from many companies but no one stood the time like the old Westinghouse and Singer and in 2006 bought a Thailand made Singer and it is still running well as well but they are fairly small not exceeding 16cu ft. These new fridges are of new tech and suppose to be more durable and advance considering their price but sadly they don’t. expensive throwaways after 3 yrs.

  33. Marie Iannetta on August 16, 2020 at 2:07 am

I’m looking for a replacement of my Electrolux 46" Freezer on one side and refrigerator on the other. Looks like my freezer is on it’s last legs, so I probably have to replace the whole thing. What are my options? Had a Sub-Zero before and loved it.

  34. seth johnson on August 16, 2020 at 2:07 am

Thanks for the info, great video. The LG (#4) and (#1) has a second ice maker in the freezer though

  35. o3MTA3o on August 16, 2020 at 2:10 am

I bought that Jennair Fridge in the Noir line. Love it.

  36. MeS&W on August 16, 2020 at 2:10 am

Never buy Frigidaire. Four ice makers replaced and two towers and still doesn’t work right. It is also their "Professional Series".
Absolute junk and they don’t stand behind their product and Lowe’s told me, "sorry there is nothing we can do to replace it".

  37. Joe Rucinski on August 16, 2020 at 2:13 am

I agree with other commenters. Plug those in!! We don’t need to see them making ice, but it sure would be nice to see the displays and the interior lighting. Could it be that you are just too busy to plug them in? Maybe you’re too busy to answer my questions when I come to your store. Also, in your reviews could you provide the country they are made in along with the country of the owning company? Keep up the good work. Please expand the information, and do more in depth reviews of these products.

    Handsome guy! =)

  39. mk toohtwo on August 16, 2020 at 2:16 am

The JennAir is absolutely gorgeous…but for their price point the shelves and drawers looked really cheap and fragile.

  40. jbird Perez on August 16, 2020 at 2:17 am

    Samson are terrible

  41. Alex Pritchett on August 16, 2020 at 2:17 am

Where the hell does the LG LFX26973S refrigerator cost $1897.00!? Even your own Appliance Factory website prices it at $2204.99. I really want this refrigerator, but don’t want to spend an extra $308 if I don’t have to.

  42. DeeDee Carter on August 16, 2020 at 2:19 am

Currently own the GE profile looking to purchase the LG with the craft ice maker. Could you please do a review on this refrigerator ? Thank you

  43. David Munoz on August 16, 2020 at 2:19 am

Excellent video. I’m a fan of Kenmore and Whirlpool refrigerators but now I’m going to look at the LG and Jenn-Aire line as well. Is there a counter depth size in all of the top five models and do any of them have issues with the ice maker like Samsung has?

  44. cashrjr23 on August 16, 2020 at 2:21 am

Him touching everything with his bare hands is freaking me out…especially the ice maker…when I buy I will clean thoroughly…

  45. brinnonvallere on August 16, 2020 at 2:22 am

this guy obviously doesn’t do appliance repair…he is just selling you bs. stay away from LG and Samsung, nice features but poor parts availability and known problems…do some research on them. American made fridges are ok, parts more readily available. freezer on the bottom is a bad idea, you have to fight thermodynamics to raise the cold. never trust a salesperson

  46. anthony alvarado on August 16, 2020 at 2:23 am

I see the Samsung models didn’t make the cut. I am going with that tap door LG model. You reaffirmed my choice. Thanks man!

  47. FatManDoubleZero on August 16, 2020 at 2:24 am

LG compressors fail after 2 or 3 years, Total P.O.S. Service is poor becausre the replacement compressors come from Korea.

  48. datboylance on August 16, 2020 at 2:24 am

Ok WAIT!? Everyone saying Stay Away from Samsung, LG, & Frigidaire! Like damn should I just not buy a Refrigerator. 😂🤣
BTW I own a Samsung and yes the Icemaker is pure trash. It freezes over, and I use my wife’s hair dryer to thaw it. Smdh just embarrassing 🤦🏾‍♂️

  49. Ursula Smith on August 16, 2020 at 2:25 am

All that plastic. 😡😡😡😡😡 . They all need to get away from that. Moreover, all appliances need to be made here. The Chinese have no idea what that is, they never saw this before, let alone using them.

  50. laozhao2006 on August 16, 2020 at 2:25 am

my LG french door fridge broken just after 2 years. the company support
center are full of liars. never buy anything from LG again. bad company,
    bad products, bad services.
A Class Action Lawsuit Against LG refrigerator is going on last year. And it is the second case after 2014. google it.
